Munaza BB, w/o Haq Nawaz, resides in Chak No. 344/TDA, Tehsil Choubara, District Layyah. She initially worked in people’s homes to support her family. However, her life took a positive turn when she received support from the Sojhla Foundation. With their assistance, she and her husband decided to start their own small business. Their journey began with the purchase of a goat, which provided them with an initial source of income. Encouraged by this progress, Munaza gradually expanded her efforts, learning new skills and exploring different avenues to improve her financial situation.
Over time, Munaza and her husband started crafting charpai (traditional woven beds) together, adding another stream of income to their household. As their confidence grew, she also took up making mosque carpets, which further strengthened their business. Today, through hard work and perseverance, Munaza has become financially stable and is successfully managing her household. Her story is a testament to the power of resilience and the impact of the right support in transforming lives.
